Web Marketing

Web sites are not a “build it and they will come” situation. Millions of unloved web sites sit idly around the web, often hogging the URLs or business models you want.

In order to drive traffic/customers/buyers to your web site, we use a combination of tools, creating custom plans to meet your needs and involving some combination of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Clicks in search results, display ads on related sites, Facebook ads, and social media management through Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

SEO

Search engine optimization is simply the process of translating your site content into layman’s terms (or the terminology your customer uses) and making sure your site is built to communicate that language to people using search engines.

Email Marketing

Emails and newsletters, like most advertising, are most effective when there’s a clear purpose and plan in mind. Using good email etiquette can save you from being blacklisted, and great content can generate repeat visitors and complete sales. Note: sending email newsletters to people who give you business cards is spamming, seriously.

PPC

Pay-per-click ads include traditional banner ads and display ads as well as the text ads you see on search pages. They can be great ways to stimulate traffic while your organic search traffic builds, or test multiple marketing messages and images.

Social Media

There is a place in social media for every business imaginable, whether it’s Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Digg, or somewhere else. Please do all of your cousins and Sunday School classmates and sorority sisters a favor and have a social media plan rather than sharing every industry article you read online, unless you want to be That Guy.
